fail to lose weight is not final

If you're like most people, you started (and stopped) a program to lose weight more times than you can remember. Resolutions to do more physical exercise taken at New Year's will get back in shape for summer with a diet and workouts, many of us have already begun a program of weight loss then no longer follow. Even if you have left now is the time to restart. No matter how many times you've started. What matters is that you try again. Also see our article "Keeping the motivation to lose weight: 14 tips.

The only people who truly fail are those who stop retry. Each new day brings an opportunity to succeed. Recognize what makes us fail to lose weight is a way to improve our chances of success next time. Also see our article "10 simple tips to lose weight.

One of the reasons why people fail when it comes to their health and fitness goals is that they have unrealistic expectations. We see commercials on television or the Internet, listen to the radio, read in magazines that speak to show us how to lose some weight in 14 days. We are programmed by modern society to expect quick results with virtually no effort. When we do not get the results we were promised (by advertisers), we feel like we've failed and give up the whole system. Also see our article "5 basic rules for successful weight loss.

But good health is a continual process. This is not something that we should expect to get in 2 weeks or 2 months. There will not one day where you can say you've now achieved your goal of good health and you can expect to continue to live without having to make efforts for your health again (as if it is not necessary to maintain health). Also see our article "7 tips for good health and live healthy autumn.

Every day, you will either have better health (often very low, the body often does not change radically overnight) or poorer health (ibid.). If you do nothing to improve your health and physical conditions, then you will get a poorer health. There is no day in your life when your health is identical to the previous day. There is no fountain of youth that will stop the effects of aging on our bodies. The key is to adopt a program to lose weight (diet + exercise, all planned) with which we live. Find a schedule of exercise that you can incorporate into your daily life and you can meet the long term. Also see our article "Tips for improving nutritional health.

We should stop thinking that diet and physical exercises are quick solutions or temporary measures we can take to lose a few kilograms. We should look at fitness as a commitment over a lifetime. Physical exercises are something we need to get better health, and the bonus is that with time, we want kg will lose out. You can very well imagine the exercises as an aid to improve your health and not something that serves only to lose weight. Also see our article "fitness tips for women over 40 years.

Another reason why people fail in their resolutions to lose weight is that they have no support systems robust enough. We all sometimes need someone to accompany us DNAS a project (the weight loss is a project) and we offer words of encouragement and support. Also see our article "10 Tips to challenge the regime."

If you have a regular routine for walking in the mall, take a minute to find people who do the same thing as you. If the faces seen at the gym are starting to become familiar, learn their names and plan to do physical exercises at the same time. If you have someone counting on you to be on time at the gym, you have much fewer excuses to miss your workouts. Also see our article "Helping a relative overweight with good methods.
